You are welcome to bring your horse to Victoria at Flying Pigs Equestrian Center for training. Training for Dressage or Eventing for the young horse or the seasoned competitor are offered at reasonable rates. Full time training includes 4-6 days per week of training both in the arena and out of it. Trails and cross-country jumping is available insuring all around training for both horse and rider in either discipline. Victoria will be happy to show your horse for you! The show schedule is organized to include both small schooling shows suitable for a young horse just “getting his feet wet” and rated shows in both disciplines for those interested in showing on the National scale. Schooling sessions for cross-country jumping, trail rides for exposure and clinics with well-renowned clinicians are also available for horse and rider. For those interested in training sessions suited to individual probems single sessions are available.

All horses in training are required to have well fitting tack and basic supplies provided by the owner when the horse arrives.

  • Trailering - 0.75/mi single horse
  • 0.50/mi 2+ horses
  • Set-up fee - $30.00

    • Horse Care

    Full service care is offered by Victoria and staff. Clipping, basic grooming and braiding is available for all clients. We want your horse to look his best! Blankets must be provided for turn-out for all body clipped horses.

  • Body clipping - $125.00-$200.00
  • Grooming prior to show - $35.00
  • Mane pulling - $35.00
  • Braiding - professional fees
  • Vet/farrier fee - $15.00

    • Lessons

    For those who are interested in pursuing the art of dressage or the thrill of eventing both private and group lessons are offered at Flying Pigs Equestrian Center. Very experienced lessons horse are available or you are welcome to trailer in your own horse for lessons for a small fee. All lessons are for an hour . Lessons are usually under the large 200 X 200 covered arena. Both a measured full size dressage arena and a variety of high quality jumps are set up for riders. Cross-country jumps are also available for use . Improvements for a small course are in the works!

    Victoria is also available for clinics, pony club ratings and other off-site work. Please contact her for more information and availability.
